We were brought in post-acquisition to rename and rebrand a 40-year-old precision manufacturing company. Our objective was to develop a position that leverages the company’s reputation for quality but pushes forward the innovative strategies and updated values of the new blood. Not only was our intention to increase brand equity, visibility and sales opportunities, but leadership also sought to use the new brand as a platform to attract and retain the best skilled tradespeople in the region.
