A downtown coworking space has launched a new program focused on female entrepreneurs and business owners.
Women Empowered was developed by 1628 Ltd. founder Tamara Schwarting after she saw the need of other women struggling to find support systems to help their businesses. Coming from a corporate career at Procter &Gamble Co., Schwarting had ready access to mentor groups and other opportunities for professional development.
