BS LLC has over 30 years of collective hospitality experience; we have helped open 12 restaurants; we have garnered prized industry awards from James Beard to Mobil 4-Star and countless Best Of.

Agency partner, Sebastien Hue, was born into the food & wine world and grew up pursuing its delight with rigor. His resume includes executive management, FOH, BOH, across dozens of restaurants from 3-star Michelin to the most popular restaurants in Ohio.

In total, he has 15 years of experience in hospitality design, innovation, operations including 8+ years of culinary & beverage consulting.
