Our Process

Work with us to create impactful spaces that bring your brand to life. The process includes: spatial planning, ideation, & mood boarding; 3D rendering and mockup development; and FF&E consulting, strategic sourcing, & project management.

Phase 1: Imagine

The Imagine phase is where we lay the groundwork for a cohesive and inspired design. We start with the functional needs by going through spatial planning exercises. Our team then creates mood boards for each room, offering visual inspiration and serving as touchpoints throughout the process. This phase establishes a clear and aligned vision, setting the stage for the next steps.

Phase 2: Design

In the Design phase, we bring the vision to life with detailed 2D floorplans and 3D visualizations, incorporating furniture, fixtures, and materials into the space. We create photo-realistic renderings to showcase lighting, finishes, and textures, offering an accurate preview of the design. Custom millwork and any necessary wayfinding systems are also developed, ensuring a cohesive and functional design ready for the next steps.

Phase 3: Source

In the Material Sourcing for FF&E phase, we manage the procurement of furniture, fixtures, and equipment for every space, ensuring that all elements align with the design vision. We create a detailed sourcing timeline, including a GANTT chart to track progress, and organize the purchasing process for all FF&E materials to streamline operations and ensure timely delivery.

Phase 4: Engineering

In the Engineering phase, we focus on Design Value Engineering to identify cost-effective alternatives for materials and methods without compromising functionality. Alongside this, we implement Timeline Engineering, where we plan the project around critical path timelines. This approach helps prioritize essential elements for timely openings and allows us to phase remaining installations to minimize costs and operational disruptions.
